Nebraska Embraces Wind Energy
On Friday, February 5th the Nebraska Unicameral advanced Legislation (LB 235) that opens up 1.3 million acres of public education lands for wind easements. The legislation passed the final reading stage, has been signed by the Speaker of the Legislature and has been presented to Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman for signature.
